Despite losing two key players this month, Dave Challinor has described the January transfer window as ‘really quiet’ for Hartlepool United.

Pools have been active in the transfer window this month as they’ve secured the loan signings of Timi Odusina, Macauley Southam-Hales and Rob Harker while also bringing Aidan Keena in on a permanent deal.

They’ve also extended Mark Shelton and Gary Liddle’s loans until the end of the season.
