After four games without a win and three without a goal, some discontent was creeping in via social media.
But that was quickly lifted as goals from Luke Molyneux, Gavan Holohan and Tyler Magloire saw Pools climb back into the play-off places with 14 points from their opening eight matches.

Goalscorer Holohan tweeted: “Big [three] points today everyone to a man, subs and all different class. Never too high with the positive results and never too low with the negative results recently. Belief in what this squad can achieve hasn’t changed either way. On to another tough one Tuesday.”
And Molyneux was delighted to get his first league goal of the season as he said: “Big performance from the boys today, real quality in the first half and dug deep to get the 3 points in the second half. Always nice to get a goal as well.”
The North West Corner named Rhys Oates as man of the match, commenting: “Fully deserved, thought he was outstanding just needed the goal!”

Raymond Shipley said: “Very good first half, second half dug in. Overall very happy. On to Tuesday now, I really think we've got more to give but 8 games in, got to be content and we’ve got games in hand.”
@k7vin11 tweeted: “Game management in the second half, deserved winners of that one. Safe trip back Pools”
@_wrighty4 was impressed as he posted: “Resolute performance. 3 good goals. Fully deserved!! Back on track!!”
